In order to popularize the typical design widely for substation in state grid corporation, the typical design pattern of power grid construction is adapted in central city, the paper takes the selection and application of typical design scheme in Beijing substation construction as an example, puts emphasis on how to choose typical design scheme and application effect which suitable for power grid construction in central city, as well as some problems that need to be attention and ftLrther deepening.
