循环流化床锅炉常用风帽出现的问题探讨

风帽作为循环流化床锅炉的重要部件之一,对锅炉的安全运行起着重要的作用。常用的风帽主要有:大直径T型风帽、大直径钟罩型风帽、小直径蘑茹状风帽、小直径柱状风帽、定向"7"字型风帽。文章介绍了常用风帽在运行中的常见问题,如局部堵塞、结焦、磨损、脱落等,针对这些问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的防范措施。风帽的形状不同,对炉内受热面的磨损程度和维护成本差别很大,笔者融合这几种风帽的优点提出了新型风帽的设想。

Air caps,as an important component of CFB boilers,play an important role in the safe operation of boilers.Air caps often used mainly include：large diameter T-type air cap,large diameter bell type air cap,small diameter mushroom shape air cap,small diameter column shape air cap,directional＂7＂ character type air cap .The paper briefs the problems often occurring in the operation of air caps often used,such as local clogging,slagging,abrasion,faling-off etc.,in ligfit of these problems,conducts the anaysis,and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures.For the different shape air caps,the abrasive degree of furnace heating surface and the maintenance cost will be quite different ,Based on the expericnce a new type air cap conception with many advantages is presented.
