分析了内蒙古托克托电厂反渗透水处理系统运行状况及反渗透装置的情况。在总结先期投产和后期投产的反渗透装置运行及维护效果的基础上,指出控制的主要进水指标和进水水质对反渗透膜处理设备运行工况的影响,确定了反渗透装置化学清洗方案。文中还建议当用地表水作为反渗透装置水源时,在预处理系统中加装微滤或超滤装置;在运行中应加强对反渗透装置运行工况的监视。

The paper analyzes the operating status and cleaning status of reverse osmosis water treatment system in Tuoketuo power plant, Inner Mongolia.on the basis of summing up the operation and maintenance effects of reverse osmosis equipment commissioned in the earlier and later stages,it is indicated,it is necessary to control the impacts of main inlet water indexes and inlet water quality on the operating conditions of reverse osmosis membrane treatment equipment,and to analyze and determine the chemical cleaning scheme of reverse osmosis equipment.The paper meanwhile suggests,the supervision of reverse osmosis equipment operating conditions should be strengthened.
