The Effect of phagocytolysis of Mice Macrophagus Cells of Peritoneal Cavity Irradiated in Vitro with Helium Neon Laser

摘要 为探索低功率激光照射治疗的机理,本实验用氦氖激光(功率10.2mW)照射离体小白鼠腹腔巨噬细胞观察其吞噬鸡红细胞的功能。当照射15分钟时(光剂量1.14J/cm2),巨噬细胞吞噬功能达最大值,以后开始下降,照射至40分钟时(光剂量3.04J/cm2),巨噬细胞吞噬功能下降至对照组以下,出现抑制现象。 In order to investigate the therapeutic mechanism with the low power heliumneon laser irradiation, the experiment was inspected a function of the phagocytolysis chick red blood cells, which was irradiated in vitro using output power 10.2 mW of the HeNe laser to the mice macrophagus cells in the peritoneal cavity. After the laser irradiated 15 min (dose 1.14 J/cm 2), the level of the phagocytolysis rose a maximum. The phagocytolysis action appeared repression as the laser irradiated 40 min (dose 3.04J/cm 2). The relation between the laser irradiated dose and the phagocytic function of the macrophage show a parabolic curve
