摘要
本工作应用半导体激光650nm10mWCW照射“扶突”穴,发现LENK除在尾核区有非常显著的增加外(P<0.01),而在海马,丘脑,下丘脑则都有不同程度的下降,其显著性P值分别为P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01。在外周血浆中L—ENK则亦有非常显著的增加(P<0.001)。β-EP方面,发现除在海马,尾核区均有显著性增加外(P<0.05),在丘脑与下丘脑中则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。由于内阿片肽是神经肽中一类很强的生物活性物质,生理作用广泛,它在镇痛、调节代谢,心血管活动以及免疫活性等功能上都起着重要作用。
In this paper the changes of endogenous opioid peptides(LENK,βEp) in different brain area and plasma had been observed by using the diode laser acupuncture on the 'FUTU' acupoint(LI18) The results showed there were an incresased level on caudate significantly(P<0 01), a decreased levels on hippocampus, thalamus, hypothalamus separetely(P<0 05,<0 01,<0 01)and an increased effect in plasma(P<0 001) The changes of βEp except the hippocampus, caudate were significant increased(P<0 05) and no significant changes in thalamus and hypothalamus. Endogenous opioid is a very important and active peptide in neurobiology. It plays a role in metabolism, cardiovascular, analgesia and immunoactivities etc. so a short discussion was presented.
