摘要
目前,营养治疗已成为危重病人有效的辅助治疗或主要治疗方法。本文通过查阅1999-2006年部分相关文献,对危重病人营养治疗的目的、适应证、禁忌证、治疗时机、治疗途径,以及肠内与肠外营养选择进行综述,提出正确适时的营养治疗可以改善危重病人的临床症状,减少并发症,缩短在ICU的时间,改善营养状况,提高危重病人的抢救成功率。
At present, nutrition therapy has become an effective adjuvant therapy or a main treatment for the critically ill patients. Based on many correlated literature from 1999 to 2006, the objectives, indications, contraindications, treatment timing and routes of nutrition therapy, as well as the selection of enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition are reviewed. It is pointed out that the right and timely nutrition therapy can improve the clinical profile of the patients, decrease the incidence of complications, reduce the time in ICU, improve the nutrition condition and raise the success rate of salvage.
