摘要
用YAG、He—Ne激光处理籼稻恢复系恢48—2干种子,统计了其当代生物学效应,L2代的突变频率,几种主要性状的变异系数及广义遗传力,L2代各处理选10个突变株与多个不育系配组,表现熟期较早,综合性状较好的组合数,YAG激光处理的高于He—Ne激光处理的,并选育出了一个较好的新的恢复系—恢41。
YAG and He—Ne laser were used to illuminate the restorer line of Xian rice(indica) Hui48-2.Genetic analysis was made on the L 1 gerenation biological effect, L 2 gerenation's mutant frequency, variation coefficient and broad-sense heritability of some major characters. Each 10 mutant plants screened from the L 2 generation by the two treatments were crossed with quite a few male sterile lines of rice(Ms line). Statistical results indicated that in comparisom with the He—Ne treatment more cross combinations with early maturity and better comprehensive characters occured from the YAG treatment. And a new improving R line Fui 41 was developed from it.
