韩非同老子的渊源关系历来被许多学者所质疑。作为一代思想家的韩非子,其思想中最重要的哲学观和政治观皆取法于黄老已成为事实,而对于处世态度这一跟社会现实紧密相关的个人原则也与黄老息息相关。

Si Maqian considered laozi and Hanfei as the same School in ShiJi. What cause that is ＂Hanfei is fond of the knowledge of law and the theoretic foundation of his Lysenkoism is originated from laozi＂. The relationship between Hanfei and Laozi has been questioned constantly by many scholars. It has been accepted that the philosophy and political view of Hanfei, the ideologist, is originated from Laozi ; Meanwhile, his world outlook, the personal principle interrelated tightly with social reality, is also associated with Laozi.
