A Summary of Research on Tourism Etiquette

旅游礼仪的研究是一个比较崭新的课题,国外主要从社会学、人类学角度研究旅游目的地风俗礼仪所受影响及其应对措施。国内注重旅游礼仪在旅游文明素质培养中的作用,少量的涉足到其他领域。当前,应该加强旅游礼仪在旅游管理中的作用及其基本构架的研究,建立旅游行业的礼仪体系。

Tourism etiquette is a comparative new subject for researchers. The researchers of foreign countriesusually are engaged in the study from the sociology andanthropology aspects to research the custom of the tourism, destination, and the corresponding methods. However, the researchers in our country only pay attention to the effect of tourism etiquette on the growth of tourism cultivation, they haven＇ t extended to the other fields. At present, we should intensify the research on the effect of etiquette in tourism management, and the fundamental frame of tourism etiquette. We need to build up the system of etiquette in the tourism industry.
