摘要 介绍了目前世界上采用废杂铜火法精炼生产光亮铜杆的最新技术和设备。国内一直认为火法精炼杂铜很难达到高导电铜的标准,特别在几种杂质大量存在,并且变化无常时。普洛佩茨—拉法格公司FRHC火法精炼技术在此领域实现了突破。该项研究成果包括通过计算机辅助设计确定工艺参数和特种添加剂,以及有选择性的进行二次精炼等技术。它的精髓和核心是调整杂质成分和氧的质量分数,而不是最大限度的去除杂质。同时作者对该项技术存在的问题提出了自己的看法。 The new equipment and technology of direct production bright copper rods by fire refining process of scrap copper in the world are introduced. Someone hold that standards of eletrownductive copper is inaccessible by fire refining process of scrap copper in China,when some impurity elements is existed. FRHC fire refining technology is achieved a breakthrough in semhing at Propeizilafargalacambra company. This achievement includes to determine the process parameter and special modifier by computer-aided design, selecte secondary refining technology and so on. The quintessence and pit of technology is adjusting impurity elements and oxygen content ,is not eliminating impurity elements of maximum limit. Meanwhile, some opinions are put forward to existing problems in the technology.
