踩跷法与中药栓剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

Stepping lumbus and traditional Chinese medicine turunda treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion

目的观察踩跷法与腰痛灵栓治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)的临床疗效,评价其有效性和安全性。方法寒凝血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者144例,分为踩跷法加安慰剂栓组(踩跷组)、踩跷法加腰痛灵栓组(观察组)、腰痛灵栓加模拟踩跷法组(栓剂组),每组48例。经过2个疗程(2周)治疗后,观察各组症状体征评分、最短起效时间、生活质量指数、临床不良反应等疗效指标和安全性指标的变化。结果3组治疗前后症状体征评分和生活质量指数组内比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察组与踩跷组、栓剂组平均最短起效时间比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察过程中未见明显不良反应。结论踩跷法配合腰痛灵栓治疗LIDP安全,能显著提高痊愈及显效率,明显缩短起效时间。生活质量得到明显改善。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of stepping lumbus combined with Yaotongling suppository in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion （ LIDP ）. Methods One hundred and forty-four patients suffered from LIDP of blood stasis type due to cold accumulation were divided into three groups with 48 cases in each group. In group Ⅰ stepping lumbus and placebo suppository were administrated. In group Ⅱ stepping lumbus and Yaotongling suppository were used. In group Ⅲ analogous stepping lumbus manipulation and Yaotongling suppository were given. The scores of symptoms and physical signs, the shortest effect-taking time, the exponent of quality of life, and adverse reactions ＇after two courses of treatment （ two weeks） were observed and compared. Results There were significant differences in the scores of symptoms and physical signs and the exponent of quality of life before and after treatment in each group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The differences of average action time were statistically significant in group Ⅱ as compared with groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no obvious adverse reaction during the period of treatment. Conclusion Stepping lumbus combinating Yaotonglin suppository is safe and can greatly strengthen curative effect, obviously shorten the effect-taking time, and promote patients＇ quality of life.
