肿瘤乏氧与放化疗抵抗及厌氧菌载体靶向研究进展
Progress in the tumor hypoxia and radio-chemotherepy resistance and anaerobic bacteria vector target research
摘要
乏氧是实体瘤微环境基本特征之一,可引起肿瘤细胞适应性变化,导致辐射抗拒及化疗耐受,阻碍着肿瘤的安全有效治疗。厌氧菌以其趋低氧代谢的生物学特点,作为现代肿瘤基因治疗中的新型载体,为实体瘤提供了靶向治疗新策略。本文重点介绍肿瘤组织乏氧和以乏氧区为靶点的基因载体厌氧菌的研究进展。
