糖尿病肾病与血管性血友病因子

摘要 肾脏微血管病变的发生、发展与血管内皮细胞损伤、血小板活化、纤溶活性降低有密切关系。内皮细胞损伤伴随着糖尿病肾病（DN）的整个发展过程，它的出现甚至早于DN微量白蛋白尿的出现。血管性血友病因子（von willebrand factor，vWF）是血管内皮细胞合成的糖基化蛋白，当血管内皮受损时内皮细胞中vWF大量释放人血。本文就vWF和DN的关系简要综述。
