脑卒中相关危险因素及干预措施的建议

Risk factors and comprehensive interventions for stroke

为探讨脑卒中患者的相关危险因素，对北京市和平里地区269例在社区卫生站就诊的脑卒中患者进行问卷调查和访谈，结果显示高血压、吸烟、饮酒、高血脂和糖尿病是重要危险因素，并且发病年龄呈现年轻化趋势。为了降低脑卒中发生率，我们针对这些危险因素，对社区卫生站和社区医护人员在预防与救治脑卒中方面提出了相应建议。

In May 2005, 269 patients with confirmed stroke were enrolled in this study and completed questionnaire survey or interview to explore the risk factors of the disease. Our results showed that Hypertension, tobacco smoking, alcohol intake, hyperlipidemia and diabetes mellitus were significant risk factors of stroke for patients. An earlier onset trend seemed to be found. According to these results, we proposed some effective interventions and standardized management to reduce the recurrence rate of stroke.
