摘要
对影响CCD频率的3个主要因素进行了分析,给出了计算公式或仿真模型.这3个因素是:时钟线的RC延迟及电阻发热;信号电子在CCD信道里的迁移时间;CCD片上源跟随输出放大器的频率特性.此外,CCD驱动器的频率特性也是影响CCD相机的重要因素.
The three main factors which effect CCD frequency are analyzed and the calculation formulae and simulation model are given. The three factors are RC delay of clock line and resistance heating, transport time of signal electrons in CCD channels and frequency characteristic s of output following amplifier. Furthermore, driving frequency characteristic is also a important factor forCCD camera.
