长治市大气环境容量核定研究

摘要 根据长治市自然环境、污染现状及气象条件等特征,采用A-P值法和多源模式法,对长治市大气环境容量进行了测算。结果表明:长治市现状大气环境容量和规划环境容量分别为:SO21.199万t/a、1.582万t/a;NO21.633万t/a、2.162万t/a;PM101.530万t/a、2.020万t/a。不同的工业布局、污染源分布以及有无高架源均对环境容量产生影响。因此,应采取污染源削减、合理调整工业结构和优化生产力布局等措施防治大气污染。 Based on the natural environment, polluted condition and meteorological characteristics, the atmospheric environment capacity of the urban area in Changzhi was calculated by using A-P method. The results were that the present atmospheric environment capacity and the programming atmospheric environment capacity were SO2 1.199 × 10^4t/a,1.582 × 10^4t/a;NO2 1.633 × 10^4t/a,2.162 × 10^4t/a;PM101.530 × 10^4t/a,2.020 × 10^4t/a, respectively. The atmospheric environment capacity depended on the different industrial layout, polluted source distribution and overhead source. Some strategies such as cutting polluted source, adjusting industrial structure, optimizing productivity should be adopted to control atmospheric environment pollution.
