关于加强函授站管理的探索

Discussion on enhancing management for correspondence teaching station

函授站在高等教育中发挥着重要作用,它是发展成人教育最重要的途径之一,设立函授站也是广大求学者的迫切要求。然而当前高校函授站在管理中仍存在很多问题:函授站设置不合理;函授生源日趋减少;函授站教学管理滞后;函授教育管理队伍素质亟待提高。因此在函授站管理中应规范办学行为,完善管理制度;加强师资队伍、管理队伍建设;改革考试办法,探索教学新模式;建立评估制度,完善监控体系。

Correspondence teaching station plays important roles in the higher education, and is the most important approach to develop adult education. Opening correspondence teaching station is the urgent request of vast students too. However, there are many problems existing in present management for correspondence teaching station, such as setting-up is not reasonable; source of students reduces day by day; teaching management lags behind; managers＇ quality demands prompt improvement. Thereby, during management for correspondence teaching station should stan- dardize running behavior, perfect management system; strengthen the construction of teachers and managers; reform examination way, explore new teaching mode; establish evaluation system, perfect monitoring system.
