日本的环境责任保险

随着社会环境意识的提高和法制的健全,企业承担的环境污染责任将不断加重,实行环境责任保险是企业转移环境风险的有效方式。目前我国的环境责任保险制度尚未成形,而美国、日本、德国等工业发达国家的环境责任保险已成功实施多年,本文介绍了日本环境责任保险的现状及现有的环境责任保险产品,希望能为我国正在试点建立的环境责任保险制度提供些许借鉴。

With the improvement of the awareness of the social environment, the soundness of the legal system,and the continuously increasing responsibility assumed by enterprises for the environmental pollution, the application of environmental liability insurance business is an effective way for enterprises to transfer environmental risks. At present, China＇ s environmental liability insurance system is not yet forming, while it has been successfully applied for many years in many industrialized countries（ such as the United States, Japan, Germany, etc. ） . This paper forcuses on giving introductions of the Japanese environmental liability insurance and the existing environmental liability insurance products, providing some suggestions for the experimental establishment of the environmental liability insurance system.
