In view of the characteristics of processing large amount of matrix data and numerical solutions of matrix equations in the process of multi- degree of freedom structural dynamic time history analysis, and in combination with the characteristics of MATLAB, the MATLAB function of dynamic time history analysis was compiled for conducting multidegree of freedom dynamic analysis, and the practice showed that the operation is simple, accurate and direct.
