摘要
以D072强酸性阳离子树脂为催化剂,乙酸和乙醇为原料,在常压下合成乙酸乙酯.该文研究了树脂种类、树脂用量、酸醇比、反应温度和反应时间等因素对酯化反应过程的影响.在不分离产物的情况下,合成乙酸乙酯的反应条件为:醇与酸摩尔比为1∶1,反应时间100min,催化剂用量6g,沸腾状态下反应,乙酸的单程转化率可达65.53%,催化剂可重复使用.
Ethyl acetate was synthesized with acetic acid and ethanol using strong acidic ion resin as catalyst. The effcet of the kinds of strong acidic ion resin, the quantity of resin, the molar ratio of acetic acid to ethanol, reaction remperature and reaction time on the conversion of acetic acid was investigated. For pronducion to be not separated, the per pass conversion of acetic acid was about 65.53% for 6g D072 strong acidic cation resin as catalyst with the optimal experimental conditions that the molar ratio of acetic acid to ethanol was 1:1, reation time was 100 min and reaction remperature was the boiling point of the mixture liqour. And D072 strong acidic cation resin can be used repeatedly as catalyst.
