摘要
该文运用量表、访谈等方法,以行为改变的跨理论模式为分析框架,对我国毛南族聚居区成年居民的体育锻炼行为进行分析研究.
By using the method of scale, interview, etc. with the Trans theoretical Model and Stages of Change, this paper studies the physical exercise behavior of adult residents of Maonan region.
