农村空巢家庭的出现和增多是社会经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物。但是家庭在目前及将来一段很长时间内都是我国农村养老的重要载体,而农村空巢家庭的潜伏着严重的养老危机。这需要我们从政策和制度等多方面来解决农村空巢家庭的支援和社会保护问题,必须完善家庭养老体制、健全社会保障体系、加强社区福利和服务功能、培育全民敬老爱老意识等来化解危机。

The rural empty nest families＇emergence is a combined result of the political system, economic patterns, ideology, culture, inter generational relations and many other factors. Family is an important carrier in the present and future for a long time, but the vector of the rural nest families has been drawn out, and the number of the village＇s capital is reducing and the strength is weakening, so the class of families is lurking serious pension crisis. We need much policy and system to resolve the rural empty nest family support and social protection issues, so as to maintain social stability in rural areas and promote rural social development in long term performance. Based on the analysis of Chinese rural elderly empty nest family pension crisis, the author put forward many ideas to resolve the crisis.
