摘要
目的建立珍黄胃片的薄层色谱鉴别。方法采用TLC对本处方中的三七和木香进行鉴别。结果在TLC中检出三七和木香,阴性无干扰。结论该方法重现性好,适用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the identification of zhenhuang stomach tablets by TLC. Methods The TLC method was used to distinguish the Radix Notoginseng and the Radix Aucklandiae in this prescription. Results The Radix Notoginseng and the Radix Aucklandiae were detected by TLC, the result was negative with no disturbance. Conclusion This method is suitable for the quality control of this drug, and its reproduction quality is good.
