摘要
目的建立春根藤药材中熊果酸的高效液相测定方法。方法Hypersil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-1.4%(v/v)磷酸(72∶28);流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为210nm。结果熊果酸进样量在0.053~10.60μg呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为101.2%,RSD为1.5%(n=9)。结论本法操作简便、灵敏度高、结果准确,适用于春根藤药材质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Alyxia sinensis Champ.ex Benth. in ursolic acid. Methods The Hypersil C18, (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μ m) was used, and its mobile phase of acetonitrile-1.4% (v/v) phosphoric acid solution (72 : 28) mixture, with a flow rate at 1.0 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The linear range of ursolic acid was 0.053 - 10.60 μg, and the average recovery was 101.45% for ursolic acid, RSD 1.72% (n=10). Conclusion The method is sensitive and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of the Alyxia Sinensis Champ.ex Benth.
