摘要
目的设计适用于医院药学专业教学的基于问题的教学模式。方法采用国外医学院校流行的基于问题教学法,结合我院的实际情况进行探讨及示例。结果与结论基于问题有助于培养和提高学生在自学、临床操作、团队合作、分析问题和解决问题等方面的能力。基于问题教学法切实可行,可用于培养合格的药学人才。
Objective To design a PBL teaching mode for pharmacy major in their practice in hospital pharmacy. Methods The problem- based learning (PBL) which is popular in medical colleges abroad was discussed and exemplified based on the practical situation of our hospital. Results and Conclusion The minimal essentials for PBL are student-centered, problem-based, integrated, collaborative, and reiterative learning. It is conducive to development of self-directed learning skills, team skills, and problem-solving skills. PBL method is feasible and it is suitable for the training of qualified pharmaceutical talents.
