摘要
质量功能配置(QFD)利用质量屋将顾客需求转变成产品设计及制造需求。本文介绍了质量机能展开的概念、原理,并对其应用的基本过程进行了介绍,同时利用Delphi7.0开发软件编制完成"质量屋"的算法程序,同时考虑了所开发的系统用户界面友好,便于使用的要求。
The quality function development （QFD）lets the customer＇s requirementS be transformed into the product design and manufacturing demands by the use of quality house. This paper first introduces the basic concept, the principle and the method of QFD, then introduces the application, simultaneously completes the house of quality algorithm procedure using Delphi7.0, and has considered about the development of the system of a friendly user contact surface, which is advantageous for the user＇s requirements.
