摘要
钻孔灌注桩以其承载力大、造价低、适用于各种土质、能制成较大直径和各种长度桩的特点,越来越广泛地运用于桥梁的基础。然而由于其施工技术复杂、工艺流程要求严格,且多在水下及地下进行,影响施工的因素较多,容易出现各种质量缺陷,如蜂窝、空洞、夹泥、断桩和缩径等,影响桩身的完整性和单桩的承载能力,本文对此予以分析研究。
Drill hole filling pile has been more and more widely applied to the base of bridge, for its character of high load-carrying capacity, low price, being suitable for all kinds of soil and can be made into the piles of larger diameter and various lengths. However, the integrity of pile body and load-carrying capacity of the single pile will be influenced by many quality defects, such as, honeycomb, cavity, infiltrated mud, pile-broken and diameter-shrinking, for its complex construction technique, strict process and its most processes of construction performed under ground or water with many factors influenced the construction. This paper tries to analyze and study on it.
