晶状体玻璃体切除治疗晶状体脱位继发青光眼

Vitrectomy and Lensectomy in Management of Secondary Glaucoma Associated with Ectopia Lentis

目的研究晶状体玻璃体切除治疗晶状体脱位继发青光眼的临床疗效。方法46眼中39眼行睫状体平坦部三通道闭合式玻璃体切除术和晶状体切除术。6眼晶状体经由角膜缘隧道式切口行晶状体囊外摘除和前段玻切,1眼行单纯玻切。结果41眼眼压控制在21mmHg以下,占89.13%,平均眼压13.36±3.15mmHg;术后矫正视力38例提高,占82.61%。结论本研究证明晶状体玻璃体切除是治疗晶状体脱位继发青光眼的安全有效方法。

Objective To investgate the effect of vitrectomy and lensectomy in the management of secondary glaucoma associated with ectopia lentis. Methods Vitrectomy and lensectomy were performed on 39 eyes,the extraction of lens through tunnel incision of limbus combined with vitrectomy on 6 eyes and vitrectomy were performed on 1 eye. Results Intraocular pressure（IOP）of 41 patients （89. 13% ,41/46） were normal after surgery. Average IOP of postoperation decreased from （ 32.57 ± 11.63 ）mm Hg to （ 13.36 ± 3.15 ）mm Hg. 38 patients （ 82.61%, 39/46 ） had improvement of orrect visual acuity. Conclusion Vitreetomy and lensectomy were efficient in the management of secondary glaucoma associated with ectopia lentis.
