糖尿病白内障超声乳化 人工晶体植入临床观察

Clinical Observation for Phacoemulsification Combined with Intraocular Lens Implantation with Diabetic Cataract

目的探讨糖尿病性白内障患者超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的安全性及临床效果。方法48例(48眼)糖尿病性白内障,于角膜缘后1mm处作长3mm的巩膜隧道切口,行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术。术后随访观察1～3个月。结果所有病例均顺利完成手术,人工晶体Ⅰ期植入囊袋内。术后视力:0.01～0.1者3眼(6.25%),0.2～0.4者10眼(20.83%),0.5～1.0者35眼(72.92%)。主要并发症包括不同程度的葡萄膜炎反应,其中5眼出现人工晶体前膜(10.42%);角膜水肿4眼(8.33%),后囊膜混浊13眼(27.08%)。结论糖尿病性白内障行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术是安全的、有效的,并可获得良好的临床效果。

Objective To discuss the safety and clinical effectiveness of phacoemulsification combined intraoeular lens implantation in the treatment of diabetic cataract. Methods Total 48 patients（48 eyes） with diabetic cataract underwent the phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation through a 3mm scleral tunnel incision which was lmm after limbus. All cases were followed up for one to three months. Results All operations were finished successfully with primary intraocular lens implantation in capsule. Postoperative visual acuity： there were 3 eyes（6.25% ） ranged from 0.01 to 0. 1,10 eyes（20. 83% ） ranged from 0. 2 to 0.4 ,and 35 eyes（72.92% ） reached 0.5 to I. 0. Complications included the anterior fibrinous membrane formation in 5 eyes（ 10. 42% ） ,corneal edema in 4 eyes（8.33% ） ,posterior capsule opacification in 13 eyes（27.08% ）. Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation is a safe and effective clinical treatment for diabetic cataract.
