慢性失血性贫血大鼠体内微量元素含量的变化 被引量:3

摘要 采用感应耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定了慢性失血性贫血大鼠的血液、头毛及体内各器官的微量元素含量。结果显示:在体内铁库贮量耗竭以前,血液中铁的含量尚不能直接反映整体缺铁状况,头毛中铁含量更不能反映缺铁情况。结果还提示,治疗失血性贫血时,除补充铁剂外,还应注意补给锰、镍。 The levels of trace elements in the blood, hair and major organs of the chronic hemorrhagic anemia rats were assayed by the method of ICP. The results revealed that neither the iron level of the blood nor the iron level of the hair could indicate the general conditon of iron deficiency before the exhaustion of the iron reservoir in the body. And it is suggested that in addition to replenishing iron during the treatment of chronic hemorrhagic anemia, the elements such as manganese and nickel should also be supplemented.
