腹腔镜Palomo手术治疗儿童精索静脉曲张
摘要
随着腹腔镜技术的普及，腹腔镜手术已广泛应用于精索静脉曲张的治疗。我科在治疗过程中，对Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度精索静脉曲张患儿施行腹腔镜Palomo腹膜后精索血管高位结扎术，效果满意，现对其临床资料作一回顾性分析，报道如下。
