先天性冠状动脉瘘的临床处理和手术治疗 被引量：1

摘要 冠状动脉瘘指冠状动脉与心腔或大血管之间存在的异常交通，是一种少见的心脏畸形，但在冠状动脉畸形中较为多见。此类患者多数可有症状，需行手术治疗；但也有少数患者无任何症状，甚至不能听到心脏杂音，仅仅是在行心脏B超或冠状动脉造影时无意发现，这些患者是否需行手术治疗目前国内外尚存在争论。现对我院收治的先天性冠状动脉瘘患者的临床资料作一回顾性分析，报道如下。
