On Establishing New Intensive Development Model of Higher Vocational Education

资源共享,内外开放,集约发展,是当今世界先进的规划建设理念之一,是落实科学发展观的内在要求。共享教育资源是实践教育集约化发展,提高效益的重要举措;是节约大量教育资源、促进学校间交互作用、共同发挥整体优势的有效途径。高职教育作为江苏高等教育的重要一极,其发展方式应从单纯追求数量扩张的粗放型尽快转变为以注重质量效益为特征的集约型,从而才能提高办学效益。

Information sharing, open to home and abroad and intensive development are the most advanced development ideas prevailing in the world. These ideas coincidentally embody the inner requirements of scientific development principles proposed by central government of China. Sharing of information on education is an important measure to promote intensification of education and then improve its efficiency. Multitude of education resources can be saved and exchanges among colleges are frequented, colleges can combine to take advantage of their integrate strengths. The paper points out that higher vocational education hold important positions in the development of Jiangsu province. In order to improve the efficiency of education, its development model should be transformed from quantityaimed to quality-oriented.
