三峡地区高职教育服务经济社会发展之研究

Research on Higher Vocational Education and Economic and Social Development of Three Gorges Area

随着三峡工程的修建和西部大开发战略实施,三峡地区的经济进入了全面的开发、开放时期。实现区域经济的快速发展,必须要求物质资料生产与人才资源开发相匹配。实施区域化策略,促进高职教育与区域经济协调发展;构建多元化的办学体制;实施校企合作发展策略,不断提高技能水平。

The launch of Three Gorges project and the China＇s Western Development Drive has impelled the economy of Three Gorges area to an all-round exploration and development era. However, the rapid development of regional economy demands supportive facilities and human resources. The paper maintains that, to reconcile the development of higher vocational education with specific local economic conditions, a localized development strategy should be worked out. It finally suggests that higher vocational colleges and universities should introduce a pluralistic education system and strengthen corporation with enterprises.
