Words hegemony is the important cause of the loss of affinity,influence and actual effectiveness of Ideological and Political education. The paper holds that its profound root lies in teacher＇s departmentalistic thought. Marxism does not need the words hegemony; it suggests taking a humanist science development view and ending words hegemony.
