摘要
高校扩招使毕业生的就业竞争加剧,提高学校就业宣传的效果,对毕业生的就业工作有重要的推动作用。高校应通过对各种宣传方式的优缺点的分析和效果评价,实际运用时应采取优势互补的办法,并通过组合宣传的策略构建高校富有成效的就业宣传体系。
The expansion of enrollment in college and universities intensifies the competition in job hunting. The effective publicity of universities and colleges can facilitate the graduates' employment. Thus,the paper proposes colleges and universities study the advantages and disadvantages of various media and evaluate their effectiveness and take advantages of strong points to offset the weakness in practice. It suggests establishing an employment-oriented publicity system by combining different media.
