摘要
构建适应高校迅速发展的决策支持系统(DSS)已成为近年高教事业发展的需要,也是社会的需要.为此,文章以新的视角来研究决策过程和决策支持系统.首先,以全新的观点阐释了决策过程和决策支持系统的结构,并绘制出相应的结构图;其次,以此为基础,绘制出二者之间的层次结构图,揭示了决策支持系统和决策过程的内在联系;最后,分析了高校管理中涉及到的主要决策问题,即预测类问题、相关性分析类问题、规划类问题和评估类问题;同时还阐述了高校建设决策支持系统的实施过程.
Construction of adapting to the rapid development of the university Decision Support System （DSS） has already become the request of development of higher education in recent years, it is also a demand of the society. In this paper, a new viewpoint on decision system and DSS is presented. Firstly, a brand-new viewpoint is presented to illustrate the structures of decision process and DSS, and two structure sketches are given. Secondly, the hierarchy model sketch of decision process and DSS is drawn. It indicates the inner relationship of Decision Process and DSS. Finally, Major issues relating to university administration were analyzed, involving such issues as prediction, correlation analysis, planning and evaluation. Meanwhile, the paper sets forth the implementing process of DSS construction.
