摘要 [目的]测定上海地区三带喙库蚊和淡色库蚊对3种常用杀虫剂的抗性,并了解其抗性发生情况。[方法]采用浸渍法。[结果]上海地区三带喙库蚊对敌敌畏和氯氰菊酯产生高抗性,对溴氰菊酯抗性较低,部分区域仍保持比较敏感;淡色库蚊对敌敌畏的抗性达到高抗水平,对溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯的抗性为低到中等抗性水平。[结论]杀虫剂的长期大量使用促使蚊虫抗性明显,在蚊虫防制过程中,可根据蚊虫抗性情况,科学合理使用化学杀虫剂。 [ Objective] To investigate the resistance of vector for Japanese Encephalitis ( Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Culex pipens pallens ) to three insecticides in Shanghai. [ Method ] Dipping method was used. [ Resuits] C. tritaeniorhynchus had high resistance to dichlorvos and cypermethrin, while was little susceptible or with low resistance to deltamethrin. C. pipens pallens also had high resistance to dichlorvos, with low to moderate resistance to deltamethion and cypermethrin. [ Conclusion ] It is necessary to use insecticides for mosquito control rationally based on its resistance.
