摘要
日本的特殊教育已有一百多年的历史,日本多层次多形式的远程教育为其形成终身化学习社会开拓了广阔空间。本文通过对日本特殊教育与远程教育的分析,试图探究用远程教育促进残疾人教育的途径,借鉴日本在两类特殊教育的管理经验,推动我国特殊教育与远程教育的结合和发展。
Japan’s special education has lasted for more than a hundred years, and its multi-level distance education provides wide space for its development of a life-long education society. By analyzing Japan’s special education and distance education, this article tries to find a way to apply distance education to the education for the handicapped, and to encourage the combination of China’s special education and distance education.
