摘要 2008年度国际卒中大会于2008年2月19-22日在美国路易斯安那州新奥尔良市召开。本次会议共分5个专题：卒中的预防、诊断、治疗、康复和基础研究。来自100多个国家的4350名代表参加了这次大会。会议文摘以口头报告和壁报的形式展示。大会科学委员会在会前共筛选出661篇文摘，刊登在Stroke2008年第2期。本文将简要介绍本次会议交流的主要内容。
