脂多糖暴露对矿工过敏性鼻炎的影响

Effect of Lipopolysaccharide Exposure on Allergic Rhinitis of Miner

目的探讨居室内脂多糖暴露对矿工过敏性鼻炎的影响。方法向450名矿工发放过敏性鼻炎标准调查表，动态浊度法检测矿工床铺尘脂多糖含量，放射性变应原荧光酶免疫吸附实验（RAST-FEIA）检测其血清中特异性IgE（slgE）含量。结果共获得360份具有完整资料的问卷调查表，居室脂多糖含量与矿工过敏性鼻炎患病率呈负相关（OR=0．49，95％CI：0.31～0．93，P〈0．05），与特应性致敏呈负相关（OR=0．47，95％CI：0．25～0．81，P〈0．05）。结论脂多糖的高水平暴露可能是降低矿工过敏性鼻炎危险度的重要原因之一。

Objective To explore the effects of Iipopolysacchride concentration on miners with allergic rhinitis. Methods The standard questionnaires for alIergie rhinitis were distributed to 360 miners,LPS contents in mattress were measured by a kinetic limulus assay, and specific IgE for different allergens in serum from miners were measured with technique-fluorescence enzyme immunoassay （RAST-FEIA）. Results A total of 360 questionnares were returned with complete data. By statistical analyses ,there were negative association between LPS levels and allergic rhinitis （OR =0.49,95% CI：0.31-0.93, P〈0.05） and atopic sensitization （OR= 0.47,95% CI：0.25-0.81, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Exposure to LPS might have a protective effect on allergic rhinitis and sensitization.
