摘要
骨形态发生蛋白(BMPs)属于转化生长因子超家族,其在骨的再生和修复中起重要作用。许多的研究还发现,BMP不但调节胚胎肝的形成与发育,还调节成年肝组织的再生和修复,其过程涉及基因表达、生长因子的产生及形态结构塑造等方面的变化,其作用主要通过BMPs受体与Smad蛋白磷酸化等信号转导途径而完成。这说明BMPs与肝脏之间可能存在某些关系,文章就此问题及近年来的研究进展予以综述。
Bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) belongs to-superfamily of transforming growth factor, which plays an important role in the regeneration and repair of bone. Many researches showed tht BMP not only can regulate the forming and development of embryonic liver,but also can regulate the regeneration and repair of aduh live. The process is associated with many aspects,such as gene expression,secretion of growth factor and structural and morphological remodeling. Its effect can be achieved by signal transduction,mainly by the BMPs receptor and phosphorylation of Smad protein. Thus ,we can see that BMPs may be have some relationship with liver. This article reviews this question and its related study progress in recent years.
