摘要
CD36是一种位于多种细胞表面的B型清道夫受体,CD36作为膜蛋白复合受体,可与多种配体结合,执行不同的生物学功能。CD36具有除去血浆中被氧化的低密度脂蛋白,参与长链脂肪酸的吸附和调节细胞凋亡残物的清理和巨噬细胞的吞噬等作用。本文就CD36的结构、功能及其在慢性肾脏病中的作用作一综述。
CD36 was demonstrated to be a type B scavenger receptor on surface of varied cells. As a membrane protein coreceptor, CD36 could combine with multiple ligand and perform different biological functions ,which can remove oxidized low density lipoprotein （LDL） from plasma, participate in adsorption of long-chain fatty acid and regulate the apoptosis and phagocytosing of macrophage. The article reviewed the structure and function of CD36 and its role in in chronic kidney disease.
