Preterm premature rupture of membranes is a complication commonly occurred in pregnancy. Its therapeutic methods are to apply for prophylactic antibiotics, use suppressant for uterine con- traction ,promote mature of fetus lung, transfuse in amniotic cavity, and block the amniotic cavity. Because this disease was one of severe complications threatening the safty of mother and infant,so it is attracting more attention from obstetrics. The proper therapy plays an important role in promoting neonatus prognosis.
