Study Situation about Etiology of Premature Delivery

早产是围生医学中的一个重要、复杂而又常见的妊娠并发症,因其围生儿发病率、病死率和后遗症较足月者显著升高而成为一个世界性的卫生问题。因此,探讨早产发生的原因有重要意义。早产发生率呈上升趋势,目前其确切的病因和发病机制尚未十分确切,但大量研究表明,本病与感染、胎膜早破、医源性因素、遗传、母亲因素、父亲因素、子宫因素,产科并发症等因素有关。

Premature delivery, is an important and complex pregnant complication common found in perinatal medicine,which has become a worldwide hygienic problem because of its higher incidence rate and ease fatahty as well as more obvious sequla among premature infants than full-term infants. So, it is significant to discuss the etiology of preterm delivery. The morbidity of premature delivery shows rising trend but the accurate etiology and pathogenesis has not been determined. However, many researches suggested that it was associated with the infection, premature rupture of membrane, iatrogenic cause, heridity, maternal and paternal factors.uterine factors.complication of maternity deparment and so on.
