摘要
磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)是目前能在活体上探测水分子扩散的功能影像技术,对超急性期脑梗死的诊断价值已得到充分肯定,并开始大量应用于其他器官疾病的研究。现结合相关文献,综述该技术的基本原理及在盆部肿瘤诊断中的应用。
Diffusion-weighted MR Imaging(MRDWI) is the functional imaging technology to detect wat ter molecular motion in vivo at present,. Its diagnostic value for cerebral infarction in super acute phase has been thoroughly confirmed. It also is being widely applied in the research of other organs. This article reviewt this kind of techniques about its basic principle and its application in the diagnosis of pelvis tumors based on the related data.
