长期住院精神分裂症患者血清甲状腺激素水平的对照研究

Study of Thyroid Hormone in long term in the Hospital Schizophrenics

目的:探讨甲状腺激素水平与患者长期住院的关系。方法:将连续住院10年以上的长期住院患者定为研究组,短于10年为对照组,比较两者的血清甲状腺激素水平,并与有关因素进行相关性分析。结果:研究组促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平较对照组低,TSH水平与病程和缺乏活动有关。结论:长期住院精神分裂症患者存在甲状腺功能异常。

Objective：To investigate the relationship between thyroid hormone and long term in the hospital schizophrenics. Method： 80 schizophrenics inpatients were divided into livinglong schizophrenics （research group） and non livinglong schizophrenics （control group）. Serum thyroid hormone levels were tested in both groups. And correlation of the hormone levels with related factors were studied. Result： TSH level was significantly lower in research group than that in controls. There were correlations between each thyroid hormone and some factors, TSH level and illness duration, hostility and suspicion. Conclusion： It is indicated that deteriorated symptoms of schizophrenics might be related to thyroid hormone levels.
