Frontotemporal Rhytidectomy Under the SMAS

目的:总结SMAS下额颞部除皱术临床经验。方法:额颞部SMAS下进行分离,切除多余头皮固定颞部皮瓣。结果:临床治疗20例额颞部皮肤老化求美者,年轻化,效果满意。结论:对中重度额颞部皮肤老化求美者,SMAS下除皱术,年轻化效果可靠,持久。

Objective： To Summarize clinical experience in frontotemporal rhytidectomy under the SMAS. Method： After frontotemporal skin separate under the SMAS, scalp and frontalis was operated, fron- totemporal flap was fixed. Result： Rhytidectomys were doing in 20 patients of frontotemporal skin ageing, effect was satisfactory in becoming younger. Conclusion： Under the SMAS frontotemporal rhytidectomy was reliable and with permanent effect, it was becoming younger in middle and serious skin ageing.
