中药合MTX(甲氨喋呤)肌肉注射治疗异位妊娠临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Ectopic Pregnancy Treated with Traditional Chinese Herb and Integration Methotrexate

目的:观察中药合MTX(甲氨喋呤)肌肉注射治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:将76例异位妊娠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组46例应用MTX与中药保守治疗,对照组30例仅用MTX治疗。结果:治疗组37例成功,总有效率达80.4%,对照组23例成功,总有效率为76.6%。两组近期疗效接近(P>0.05)但三个月后行输卵管碘油造影,治疗组输卵管通畅率81.08%,对照组输卵管通畅率60.87%。治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药合甲氨喋呤治疗异位妊娠具有较好的优势,远期疗效优于对照组。

Objective：To research the clinical effect of the therapy of traditional Chinese herb （TCH） and integration methotrexate （MTX） for treating ectopic pregnancy （EP） . Method： 76 cases of EP were divided into two groups at random. The control group with 30 cases was treated by employed MTX. The treated group with 46 cases were employed MTX and TCH. Result： The treated group 37 examples success . The total effective rate was 80.4%. The control group 23 examples success. The total effective rate was 76. 6%. The instant effects were close in two groups （P〉0.05）. But do oviduct lipiodol radiography after three month ,The tubal patent rate of treated group was 81.08%, The control group was 60.87 %. Effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the controlled group. Conclusion： The therapy of traditional Chinese herb （TCH） and integration methotrexate （MTX） for treating ectopic pregnancy （EP） has obvious advantage. The long term effect is better than control group.
