低位早期直肠癌经肛门局部切除术的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Local Resection of Low Rectal Cancer by Transanal Excision

目的:探讨低位早期直肠癌经肛门局部切除术的临床疗效。方法:对采用Mason手术治疗的83例低位直肠癌病例进行回顾性分析。结果:直肠癌中Tis期34例,T1期28例,T2期13例,T3期5例,T4期3例。术后合并伤口感染2例(2.4%)。无手术死亡,无术后肛门失禁。总的5年无瘤生存率80.72%。结论:Mason手术具有手术径路直达,术野宽敞,显露良好,十分适用于低位早期直肠癌的治疗。

Objective：To study the effect of local resection of low rectal cancer through anus. Method： We reviewed 83 cases low rectal cancer treated by Mason type. Result： In all rectal cancer, the period of Iis, T1,T2,T3 ,T4 was 34,28,13, 5,3 cases respectively. 2 cases （2.4%） with incision infection after surgery. There＇s no death case for surgery, none of them with anus incontinence. The survial rate of without tumor was 80.72% within 5 years. Conclusion： Mason type surgery is suitable to treat early low rectal cancer with direct pathway, wide surgical field, exposed thorughly.
